Bullrun Capital is financing a residential apartment building at 11682 Pine Street, in Maple Ridge BC.  Maple Ridge is one of the fastest growing communities in the lower mainland, as families are leaving expensive cities such as Vancouver and Burnaby, they are looking for affordable housing and Maple Ridge is a city that can provide affordability. The apartment building will be five floors for a total of 64 units and the complex will have a two-level parkade. There will be a total of 40 one-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units.
